    A: Leases are in your online portal for each property.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes we are licensed, agents.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Most deposits are made by the 10th of the month.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: Rent collection is handled in numerous ways through online tenant account via eft payments, drop box located at the office, pay through 7Eleven or CVS, or mail payment.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Typically our leases or 1 year, however, it can be extended depending on owners.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: We charge between 1 to 2 times the amount of rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Immediately

    A: We have a variety of properties to include single family, multi-family and apartment buildings.

    A: You receive monthly owners report, a quarterly inspection report and an annual inspection report.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: Security deposit is normally held in escrow by the property management company unless otherwise stated.
